Chinese characters have notable pictographic characteristics. The ancients drew what they felt and saw with the simplest lines, which became the simplified Chinese characters today during thousands of years of evolution. In this short animation, I try to make several common characters move in the form of oracle bone inscriptions and connect them within one scene, trying to show the fascinating relationship between the drawing and the Chinese characters.
